Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I've spent Christmas with two of my most favourite backpacker friends on the border to the Himalayan mountains. McCleod Ganj is where Dalai Lama and many of his monks are in exile. It's a beautiful place to spend the cold days of Christmas.

I made 'Risengrød' for the 24th and Ali (who is also the brilliant photographer) made a vegan feast for the three of us. I hope you guys enjoyed the Christmas spirit just as much as we did. I'm looking forward to a New Year with new possibilities of enjoying times with you all.

Next stop - Mumbai/Goa. Let the party begin.
